By creating an account, you agree to our terms of service. These are subject to change, and will always be available on our website. You can close your account at any time.

  1. You agree not to share your account with others. You account is for your use only. Our business model is based on unique users, so we need you to support this. Also, creating accounts is free.
  2. You agree to not to reverse engineer or otherwise reuse code generated from the website.
  3. You agree not to attempt to break into other people's accounts or otherwise access other people's information. You agree not to attempt to prevent people from accessing their data.
  4. You agree not to use this site to solicit business without our written approval. It's a collaboration tool, not a sales tool.
  5. You agree not to use this site out of the context it is intended, the advancement of operational excellence in business and non-profit organizations.
  6. You are responsible for your own data. We are not liable for anything that happens to your data while you use the site.

We agree to some stuff too:

  1. Your data is your data. We will do our best to protect it, and treat it with the same care that we do our own. We may work with 3rd parties that may have access to your data. Also, we may get purchased by a company that has different data policies. We will notify you in advance of any transfer of ownership.
  2. We analyze data in the website from time to time for continuous improvement opportunities. Passwords are encrypted.
  3. We may publish analysis of data within the website. Any data published will be summarized and scrubbed so that it is anonymous. Identifying information, such as a case study that specifically identifies your organization, will not be published without your permission.
  4. When you delete files, or if you close your account, you information is not automatically deleted, but is instead subject to our administrative data management cycles. If you need something deleted immediately then please contact technical support.
  5. Our goal is to be a trusted partner, and we intend to treat you the way we want to be treated, with integrity and compassion. If you have any problems or concerns, please let us know and give us a chance to make it right.

Cancellation:

  1. You can close your account at any time, but refunds are not given for any paid services. If you purchase a product and then close your account, your purchased services are still available to you until your service expires.
  2. We may close your account if we deem you are not abiding by our terms of service.

Account access:

  1. Free, or unpaid accounts, are subject to limitations, such as what you can access or how many files you can save. These may change over time. You will be able to access any files you create, as long as your account is in good standing, even if that service is no longer offered as part of our free service.
  2. We may close your account if we deem you are not abiding by our terms of service.

Data management:

  1. We may archive old versions of files for performance purposes. We will not archive your most recent data and you will be able to highlight file versions that you do not want archived.
  2. If you need to recover data from archives there may be a small service fee.
