This guide provides an overview on how to use this site. If you do not have an account, you need one to access the majority of the site contents.
You navigate the site through two menus provided after you are properly authenticated (e.g. login). The menus are in the upper right corner and below the title bar of the site. They are highlighted as menu 1 and menu 2 in the screen shot below:
Menu 1 is your configuration menu. The menu options in this menu are geared towards how you want to setup the site. The menus are dynamic, and will look different based on your level of access. Every user has an account menu, where you can edit your contact information, change your password, and update your account preferences.
Menu 2 is your content menu. Use this menu to access the site. When you use one of our templates, you save your information as a Document. You can create and retrieve documents from the Documents menu. The Tools menu provides quick access to the different process templates and guides that are available to you. Finally, the Libraries menu provides quick links to static site content. We currently have two libraries, a user guide geared towards how to use our site, and our Process Body of Knowledge, a repository for process management best practices and information.
